“Tom was amazing! During the crazy freeze the pump busted and he saved me so much money. Not only that but I called him on Monday. He came Tuesday, found a pump already that day (which everything is backordered by months) and by Wednesday was here, replaced the pump, cleaned it and it's looking amazing. My step-daughter is so excited she can swim this weekend with her friends even though it's still cold. Everyone else wanted to over charge me. “From the moment Tom and Teresa showed up at our vacation house we immediately felt comfortable with their family run business. They explained to us how our pool works and even did an initial backwash on the equipment which had been sitting for a few months while the house was on the market which got the water circulating correctly and the pump from running 24x7 to running for a normal period during the day. We immediately signed up for their service and they came out this week. Tom noticed the water was low and hooked up the autofill for us and even used his own hose since ours was frozen into the nozzle. His wife Teresa sent before and after pictures and the pool looks great. He also secured the pool furniture so it didn't blow away with the expected winds in Lago Vista this week. I seriously could not be happier with this company. It's so hard for us to now own property 800 miles away from us but having a great person like this servicing our pool certainly gives us a lot of peace of mind. The communication about service has been great, they have answered a ton of questions for us as first time pool owners. Thank you very much to Tom and Teresa and the people who referred them to us.
